10 Major Drug Arrests in 7 Weeks in Worcester County

The office of Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr. released a statement on Wednesday, November 4, listing ten arrests on drug and weapons charges made between September 8 and October 27 in Worcester County.

These arrests were in eight separate and unrelated investigations, seizing l3 firearms, more than $100,000 and large amounts of what are believed to be fentanyl and cocaine.

These arrests were made in investigations involving State Police Detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, working with the Worcester Police Vice Squad and other local police.

The Cases involved:

1. David Dolan, 38, and Weah Wisner, 33, both of Worcester
   • Dolan was charged with trafficking fentanyl, trafficking firearms, possession of cocaine with
     intent to distribute, carrying a loaded firearm and possession of a silencer.
   • Wisner is charged with trafficking cocaine, distributing cocaine (subsequent offense), two counts of carrying a
     firearm without a license, two counts of possession of ammunition without an FID card and
     possession of a firearm while committing a felony.
2. Augustus B. Kormah, 30, of West Boylston
   • Charged with cocaine distribution, trafficking of cocaine (36-100 grams), possession of a large-capacity firearm, possession of a large-capacity feeding device and illegal
     possession of ammunition.
3. Arnaldo Hernandez, 21, of Southbridge,
   • Charged with trafficking fentanyl and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute.
4. Rodney Hall, 35, of Worcester
   • Charged with trafficking cocaine over 200 grams, two counts of illegal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of ammunition.
5. Samuel Ward, 25, of Auburn
   • Charged of trafficking fentanyl and conspiracy.
6. Victor Losanno, 37, and Jessica Losanno, 28, of Worcester
   • Charged with trafficking fentanyl, distributing cocaine and conspiracy.
7. Hector Torres, 28, of Worcester
   • charged with distributing cocaine, illegal possession of a large capacity firearm, illegal possession of a firearms and illegal possession of ammunition.
8. Raul Aponte, 39, of Worcester
   • Charged of trafficking cocaine (100-200 grams) and distributing fentanyl.
